Daily Care area

The support from the adults in this area is enriched by the love that is passed in its relations, affirming that no human being can find satisfaction and balance, without having received unconditional love and respected, without being marked by autonomy pace of development that every child lives.

 

 

3 to 5 years old

Area para niños de 3 a 5 añosThe care that children receive in this area, whose substantial principle is affection in interpersonal relationships, is characterized by facilitating the consolidation of cognitive, sensory and emotional, arising from the interaction with concrete materials and space in its entirety. As elements present, we have implements, that from reasoning and reflection, encourage the construction of logical processes and communication, and constitute the foundations for the study of science and the strengthening of the language.

Área escolarIn the background elements, the school practices a holistic approach based on participation, experimentation, reflection and respect for differences, needs and interests of children, who are the protagonists of the process.

In practice, inter-actions makes learning tangible areas of study, fortified with concrete material structured to allow the critical study of the sciences, arts and language, as well as other unstructured resources that strengthen special skills, mainly through creative procedures and body expression.

Community School Dining

UComedor escolar comunitarionder the criteria of a nutritional food, a varied menu is planned, which ensures normal psycho-biological development of the students, who often attend the school.

In total, there are four moments of a balanced diet: Breakfast, lunch and two snacks, one in the morning and the next afternoon.

 


Extra workshops

They are places where arts, crafts, games and reading, free of tension to the audience, and predispose them to face with clarity and intelligence everyday problems of life. The activities to be processed at this place, temporarily allow infants to ward off social hostility that surrounds them, and cross-cultural references spread by the media in these hours of the day.

 

Talleres de danza y músicaWorkshop on Intercultural Music and Dance.

This space is organized to strengthen the cultural identity of Afro-Ecuadorian and mestizo communities living in the area, is managed by girls and young women, men and women who have found in the dance and alternative music of life.

 

Area of Sensitize Family.

Through family visits, interviews, meetings and mainly informal conversations, it is strengthened the methodology used in the school, as well as it is guided intra-family abuse problems, and crises of various kinds, which families often live in these vulnerable sectors, and they affect the students behavior.
